im just so disappointed and pissed right now, im hoping u wld post on ur blog about this incident that i and a few other ppl unfortunately went through.
the blog shop The Sims Mall purportedly was taking pre-order for taiwan clothes. I ordered and paid RM50 on the 5th of September and the owner said to wait 1-2 weeks for stock to arrive, and in case the supplier is out of stock he will refund me my full payment.
2 weeks passed, i emailed him again on the 21st of Sept to ask whether the stocks hv arrived, he replied and said that weekends were not included so probably a few more days.
MORE weeks passed, i forgot abt the item i had ordered until the 7th of november where i emailed him again and asked where the heck the dress is. it's been 5 days and he hasn't replied, which is abnormal for blogshop owners to not reply to email more than 2 days.
i went to the website on the 7th of nov, http://thesimsmall.blogspot.com/ and i noticed that a few other people had complained in the tagbox about not receiving their long-paid purchases.
then TODAY, the 12th of november, the blog seems to have been removed!!!!! this is a clear case of fraud and i am so angry and saddened that people will go through lengths to extort people of their money. the guy's name is CHRIS HONG and his email is thesimsmall@live.com
i hope u post this on ur blog to warn other blogshoppers from suffering the same fate as i did.

I am truly sorry for what happened to all the blogshoppers at this particular blogshop as this could be the worst thing ever that could happen to any of the shoppers. I would suggest one of you to open a blog to contact all the buyers that have been cheated and gather all of them together to make a police report. Some might think that it would be no use. But once you have your police report filed, you could take his/her account number to the bank and require the bank to freeze the account (that's what I did when I encountered such thing before with other buyers at a particular forum) and by that, you could get his/her particulars.

i saw the complain a bout the sims mall and realised that the owners name is chris hong...
this is very familiar... i've bought some items from another online boutique,,..i;m not saying that its the same fraud business... but i think buyers should take not and be aware just in case...\the sellers name is christina hong. please read on...this is MY experience with her about 4 weeks now, i purchased a few items from an online store.

i understood the terms n conditions of preorder n proceeded waiting for my items patiently. From the beginning of the transaction n communication with the seller, all sorts of minor problems occur. communication with the seller.......... i first emailed regarding 5 items i wanted. She replied saying ITEM X was out of stock. I replied ok n will go with the 4 items. made my full payment.
She emailed saying so are u going to pay the rest of the amount when the stock arrives? I asked her, What full payment? i already did!! and she even owes me change as i rounded up the figure to cash deposit. She replied, 'the item I told u no stock, last minute i placed the order to my supplier.so if the stock come only u pay me.
I didnt want to be fussy as she already sent orders out n agreed to her as from the start, i was interested in that particular item. so i agreed to pay her the balance when all stocks arrive. waited patiently and finally today i got the parcel. was so happy! opened it and only found 3 items in there. i was thinking,, what could have went wrong? maybe its a pos express standard envelope..so overweight and she sent two different parcels? maybe...she forgot the other items?
so i emailed her checking. the reply i got was... ITEM A went out of stock so u will not be getting it anymore. As for ITEM B it was out of stock when i made my order in batch 1.have ordered it then in batch2.so u have to wait. 'Send me your acc no, n name.i will bank in the balance. ' it somehow became that ITEM X got stock and the others that was suppose to be available became NOT available.
i was pretty shocked by such courtesy and ethics!! no words of apology or anything! i dont know if u get the whole idea of the story but i think she should have at least let me know that she has not sent out all items!! and is still waiting for one more. not only explain after getting my email.
i find the whole deal IRRESPONSIBLE..not once but so many times! only yesterday. i received a mail saying that the final item is NOT RESTOCKABLE anymore...so im waiting for my refund now..
ps: i also came across a comment on her chatbox saying

i saw something i liked and emailed them..got a reply asking for me to sms to get in touch so can meet up for COD asap the next day.i smsed and got a reply after really long time saying sorry...but we didnt keep track,..which item are u asking about.so i replied....then arranged for cod saying taipan 12.30pm..
then i got a reply saying can we meet at 3k?i will b there..i giv u free COD...so knowing tht cod in taipan is free...i questioned...as i will NOT be going to the bazaar last saturday. isnt cod at taipan free?? she said..haha..coz i;l be at 3k!!! i find it so inpolite..no explanation or sorry or whtsoever...then fine..i said 3k at 12.30...she said...2 can o not?i said im in a rush...she replied... IM RUNNING OUT OF CREDIT.PLS TRY TO STAY LONGER AT THE BAZAAR.
i was like shocked to see such a msg...pls stand in my position n imagine... such sellers... anyways..i replied...give me a call when u get thr..if im still there we meet up, if not nvm.....so on saturday... at about 1pm i got an sms saying..i wil not be going to 3k.im in pyramid.<>,.................i gave up..didnt reply..theyre not serious a bout the business i thought...suggesting we meet at 3k..n finally not turning up..not even a word of apology.
came home went online n left comments on their chatbox complaining about them changing times n location so often when it states on their chatbox not to do so...as it confuses them!!! i then got a reply saying...both my partners were there waiting for u...IS THAT TRue or not?nobody knoes..i only got a msg saying..im not going to 3k.wil be in pyramid.and unprofessionaly hiding from what had just happened..she posted on her chatbox..sale sale sale...about a dozen times...so that my comment gets out of sight...wellwell..
i did not reply...as i feel there is no need to further explain myself to such sellers..i think the best i can do is to write to someone like u so that everybody knows...n share my experience.. i hope its not getting too long winded...please share this with the others ok?thanks so so much!

Both of the above stories were sent in by a reader of this blog. I hope that involved parties will solve the matter ASAP and try not to drag this thing further by time as this could seriously affect the business of your blogshop and gives a bad impression to the customers. I am putting this up not because I want to tarnish the reputation of the blogshop nor that I am siding the buyers as I'm not the ones involved. But this is to be a lesson to the blogshop owners on business ethics and also a precaution to the shoppers when buying online. Afterall, business through online is done by trust between buyer and seller. Please do not misuse/abuse this trust.

i hav bought many items from them. whr got fraud?d transectionz was verii smooth and i was treated wid kindness. dey nvr sms me wib big letterz or like this "!!"
they even gave me a rm5 discount because they was late 10 mins ?

they ony open 4 less den a week wor. if got very bad cuztomerz service then wun dey reciv many complainz long ago ?

I was so excited to see the fraud blogshop post because Ive encountered something that really pissed me off but ive no where to complain to, right now i have a chance to pour my heart out.
On May 2008, I purchased a top from http://nikkyboutique2.blogspot.com/ (The picture is still there, she havent update her blog for so long already!)I paid her and out of a sudden she smsed me and said,' Oh sorry i cant find the top, i'll refund you!'. I was like, er, ok. Then I gave her my bank acc and she replied back,'Opps actually i smsed the wrong person.' I was like, okayyyyy. Fine whatever.
Then few days later i received my top, it was gorgeous! Right until i saw 2 or 3 patches of stains on it. I smsed her and she said she will not do full refund, only 50% refund but i can keep the top. I said ok and right up till now she havent reply me at all.
Such bad customer service! Although its only RM10 that she owes me but come on, since its just RM10 cant she just refund?
Im still keeping her sms stating that she will refund me on 1:09pm 17-May-08.Im still keeping the pos ekspress envelope that she sent to me with her address at the back. I would have hunt her down but its too far from my house -.-
So i hope my experience will be caution for everyone out there to NOT purchase from nikkyboutique & nikkyboutique2.
I have went to the boutique website and it seems that nikkyboutique is only by invitation and nikkyboutique2 is not being updated for the time being.

I am a lens dealer who deals with Geo,GnG,Dueba Lens.I havent dealed with anyone before and this is my fisrt time doing it.This is my lens shop url,http://www.ohsoprettylens.blogspot.com.
I have a supplier from Malaca,you know,I dont understand what kind of business she is doing man?!Does she even know the principal of it,does she even know the rules of doing business??I am not degrading her age or underestimate her ability or what.Like seriously,she is the middle man for all lens order,she orders directly from Korea GEO Company LTD.
She put up a notice and price list in her forum threads and her wretch blog shop promoting a wholesales price for Geo,Dueba,GnG lens. It is RM20 for more than 50 pairs of order.She stated there clearly and I am not too old and blur to understand it.I was very interested so I mailed her and enquired about the lens wholesales thingy.
My lens business started and went well,till today,something really bothers me.
Throughout the whole business period,she has changed her price frequently and often,she can't stick to her original price due to customer's response and what-so-ever.It is very confusing for us,a dealer to catch up her frequent changes as we have already fixed a price for all lens and isn't it too hard for us to tell our customer after they had placed their order happily "Oh,the price is raised by RM1 or RM2."
By using our common sense,customer will think that this is a fraud,isn't it?If I stand in the position of theirs,I will definitely blacklist this blog shop owner and spread bad rumours about her,correct?Of course I won't wish this to happen because I want my business to go on till a foreseeable future =)
But today,she couldn't even tell us properly which bank account we should bank in,she put up her parent's bank account number just to direct us which bank to transfer.I transferred as promised,later on I informed her about the transaction,she was so surprised that I have bank in RM2K to her mum's account.In addition,I was shock!!I thought I had transferred to an unknown account but the account holder's name is correct.In a sudden,I felt a chill down my spin.RM2K wey!!!
I wonder why.She said "Can you cancel it and transfer to my boyf's account?"I was like,"why?Aren't I suppose to transfer to your mum's account when you had stated it clearly in your threads?"She said,:"Oh,my mom wont help me to transfer money to my supplier,then it's ok lar."I was so confused at time and she is troubling me to retransfer and making cancelation.
Plus,she told me last minute,:"Oh,the three tone lens are RM22(retail price) yeah. I was like,Aren't all GEO,DUEBA,GNG lens for wholesales are at RM20 ONLY?She told me she had informed me earlier,yes,she did,and she said the price for wholesales remains the same.No changes,don't worry. =) So I was relaxed and continue to sell at RM30 for all lens.
Now,topic changed,price raised,and I have to chip in my own money to fill up the blank.Like,I am the one who is losing money from what I have earned,not her. =( I am the one who feel cheated and frustrated and disappointed.Can I not have faith in her?Because I have already banked in RM2K into her account,RM2K is not a small amount that you think it is.What if the items I order is not with me as the day she promised it will be?
I feel so angry and pissed right now,how could she changes her price as she likes without considering about how others deal with their own customer.She changed it very often and I can swear it is true.Even if she really desperate to change the price,make it the next batch larh,why now when everyone has started making orders and payment right?I just feel unfair for me and my customers
I am worry. ;( I think I will stop to worry till I get my lens from her.If this is so happen an online frauding,I will make it a big news and make the police involve in this.Hopefully,I was just thinking too much.This is her blog shop URL beautylens ,she has a wretch blog shop,but I cant remember what is it.Oh my god!!!I really hope she can deliver whatever she promised earlier.I wish to share my story too after seeing all the online frauding stories in your site.
