Lady Chanelia here is made of top notch thick cotton material with a pretty lil lace bow in front.

The lace trimming at the bottom of dress is definitely stunning and princess like to me.

And owh, laced button all the way at the back to thr waistline.

You could use the laced hem to tie a ribbon around your waist to add that bit of 'classy-ness' in your overall look.

There's shoulder pads that could set you back to the 30s, but you could choose to remove it if you want a more modern look.

And owh...there's a slit at the skirt.
